How much time — and money — do you get back by automating your catalog?

Add up what you (or your team) spend today writing descriptions, editing photos and publishing product by product. Trinis does this every day, on its own — see the math below, with your own numbers.

How we calculated this
  • 6 min/product for title, description and publishing is the same number we use to price the à la carte product packs, in Add-ons.
  • 15–20 min/product for manual image editing in an editor is the estimate we use on the Image AI page; the calculator uses the midpoint (17.5 min).
  • The "With Trinis" cost is the real price of the Flex and Advantage plans — the calculator always shows whichever is cheaper for the volume you entered.
  • Blog AI, backup and the other add-ons aren't part of this math — they save time separately, not per product processed.
  • This is an estimate to give you a sense of scale — actual time varies with how complex your catalog is.
Common questions

About the math

Where do the 6 minutes and the 15–20 minutes come from?
+
They're the same numbers we already use to explain the value of our add-ons — we didn't make them up for this calculator. 6 min is the average time to copy, rewrite and publish a product by hand; 15–20 min is the time to edit an image in something like Photoshop or Canva.
What if I already use another tool for part of this?
+
Uncheck the matching box — the math recalculates using only what you actually do by hand today.
Why does the recommended plan sometimes change?
+
At low or irregular volume, paying per product (Flex) works out cheaper. Past a certain steady volume, Advantage's fixed subscription (with 5,000 products included) wins on price per unit — the calculator compares both and shows whichever is cheaper for the number you entered.
Does this savings figure already account for Trinis' price?
+
Yes. "You'd save" is already the cost of manual work minus what you'd pay on the cheaper plan for your volume — it's the net savings, not just the avoided cost.
