No. The Trial plan doesn't require a credit card. You only provide a payment method if you decide to upgrade to a paid plan.
What counts toward my product limit?

On Advantage, every product processed by AI counts — re-syncing items that were already enriched doesn't use quota — and products above the 5,000/mo included are paid for from a product pack. On Trial, every module (including AI) is unlocked, but capped at a lifetime limit of 25 products, once. Flex has no product limit.
What counts toward my bill on Flex?

Flex has no monthly fee. Scraper and Sync Engine are included and never charged. Each AI execution costs USD 0.75: a product enriched by AI Enricher, an image enhanced by Image AI or Image Bulk, or a blog post. Items served from cache, skipped, or where the AI failed are not charged.
When am I charged on Flex?

At the end of each monthly cycle. You can set a spend cap: when it is reached, AI pauses and Scraper and Sync keep running. If you don't set a cap, we also charge your card each time your usage reaches USD 750.
What happens if I run out of plan quota?

With the Product Packs add-on, you buy a one-off pack and keep syncing normally — no interruptions, no plan change. Flex doesn't use packs: it has no quota to run out of.
Can I have multiple users on the account?

Yes, on the Flex and Advantage plans (5 users each). Invite members by email. The owner manages billing, plan and cancellations. Every action is recorded in the activity history.
Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, no lock-in. You cancel straight from the dashboard. Your access stays active until the end of the paid period. Add-ons are cancelled independently.
