With Backup active, Trinis takes an automatic catalog snapshot before every bulk operation — publishing, prices, tags, SKUs, discounts. If something goes wrong, you revert that job with one click, or restore just the affected products. Plus: daily history, before/after comparison and download in JSON or CSV.
Syncs happen every day. Backup makes sure a problem on one day doesn't turn into a permanent headache.
Open the job, click "Revert this job" and only the products it touched go back to their previous state — the rest of the catalog is left alone.
If a bulk unpublishes or archives far more products than usual, Trinis flags the job, emails you and keeps the revert button within reach.
Every snapshot is stored by date. Compare two points in the catalog field by field and choose which one to go back to.
Having a way to go back changes how you handle any mistake in the operation.
Publishing, prices, tags, SKUs and discounts take a snapshot of the catalog before running. Chained actions within 5 minutes share the same snapshot.
Every bulk job gets a revert button. Only the products it changed go back to their previous state — and the revert is recorded in an audit log.
See what changed against another snapshot or the store right now — price, SKU, barcode, status, tags — product by product, and restore only the ones you check.
If a bulk sends too many products to draft or archive, the job is flagged and you get an email with a direct link to revert.
On the Small, Medium and Large plans, backup runs on its own every day. Each connected store has its own history, within the plan's retention window.
Download any snapshot from the dashboard. The CSV has one row per variant — opens straight in Excel or Google Sheets.
Available as an add-on on any paid plan, billed separately. On-demand restore, automatic pre-action snapshot, job revert and anomaly alerts work on all four tiers — as long as the add-on is active.
